About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and refunds following company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
