Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales of power systems including UPS, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
Build and manage strong client relationships with corporate, industrial, and government sectors.
Conduct technical assessments, propose customized solutions, and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
Collaborate with engineering teams for solution design, delivery, and after-sales support.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to strategic growth planning.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; Master's in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 5–6 years in technical sales within the power or energy sector.
Solid knowledge of power backup systems, energy solutions, and electrical infrastructure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development
