Technical Support Engineer
who is passionate about technology, customer service, and delivering smart security solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to users, both on-site and remotely
  • Maintain up-to-date product comparison sheets for sales and pre-sales teams
  • Conduct on-site surveys and prepare BoQs for potential clients
  • Warm-transfer inbound calls to relevant departments when necessary
  • Continuously build technical expertise through training sessions, product manuals, and principal support resources
  • Participate in—and when eligible, lead—in-house training and presentations on new product features and market positioning
  • Perform troubleshooting, commissioning and routine maintenance
  • Share insights on product performance, competitor activity, and client feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding—or willingness to learn—low-voltage security systems used in commercial environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
