Job Description:

The role involves assisting the Managing Director (MD) and Directors by handling customer emails and ensuring smooth communication with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and respond to customer emails under the guidance of MD & Directors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for accurate responses.
  • Maintain proper records of correspondences.
  • Follow up on pending matters to ensure timely replies.
  • Prepare summaries and communication reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
