The role involves assisting the Managing Director (MD) and Directors by handling customer emails and ensuring smooth communication with relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and respond to customer emails under the guidance of MD & Directors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for accurate responses.
- Maintain proper records of correspondences.
- Follow up on pending matters to ensure timely replies.
- Prepare summaries and communication reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
