We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Timekeeping Project Manager to lead the implementation and organization-wide deployment of TIMEFORCE, our timekeeping system. In addition to spearheading this initiative, the Project Manager will oversee various other timekeeping processes, including manual check-ins via platforms like WeChat. This is a full-time role requiring a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the phased implementation of TIMEFORCE across the organization.
- Develop and enforce clear policies and procedures for TIMEFORCE adoption and compliance.
- Manage ongoing timekeeping processes, including manual check-ins and alternative systems.
- Train employees and stakeholders on timekeeping protocols and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of timekeeping systems, ensuring smooth operation.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align timekeeping practices with organizational goals.
- Identify and resolve issues related to timekeeping and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally with timekeeping.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with timekeeping tools like TIMEFORCE and manual processes (e.g., WeChat).
- Ability to lead change and enforce compliance effectively.
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Hands-on experience with TimeForce or other timekeeping tools
- Strong grip on Excel and reporting
- Familiarity with civil or construction project environments
- Own laptop is a must
- Must be available for onsite work in Multan
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
