We are seeking an experienced
Senior MERN Stack Developer
to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical knowledge, a proven ability to deliver complex projects, and the leadership skills required to contribute to strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced web applications using
    (MongoDB, React, , )
    .
  • Design and implement
    high-quality user interfaces
    with robust animations and transitions using frameworks such as
    GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie
    .
  • Integrate and manage
    secure payment solutions
    (Stripe, PayPal, crypto payment systems).
  • Contribute to
    blockchain/Web3 integration
    , including wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and token-based transactions.
  • Ensure
    application performance, accessibility, and SEO optimization
    across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Implement
    state management strategies
    (Redux, Zustand, or similar) to handle complex application data.
  • Uphold
    security and compliance standards
    , ensuring all applications adhere to industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience
    in frontend development with proven expertise in
    , , , Express, and MongoDB
    .
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript (ES6+)
    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Demonstrated experience with
    animations
    and creating advanced, interactive user experiences.
  • Proven track record integrating
    payment gateways
    and
    blockchain technologies
    into production systems.
  • Strong knowledge of
    RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data handling
    (WebSockets).
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and testing frameworks such as
    Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    application performance optimization and security principles
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of

    headless CMS platforms
