Job Description – Product Sale/Marketing & Growth Specialist (EasyLaunchPad)

We're looking for a Product Sales/Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead and execute digital promotion, content marketing, community engagement, and growth operations for EasyLaunchPad — a plug-and-play .NET boilerplate designed to help developers launch SaaS apps faster.

This is a hands-on role where you'll build awareness, grow an audience, and help convert traffic into customers across social, content, and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan weekly content (carousels, blog briefs, short videos)

· Generate post copy and captions for LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, IndieHackers, etc.

· Manage and grow social channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit

· Join and engage in groups, comment on threads, share demo content

· Post carousels, threads, polls, and value-driven updates consistently

· Identify and pitch influencers and micro-creators for product visibility

· Support paid ads campaign launches (Meta, LinkedIn)

· Track engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics weekly

· Run small experiments like giveaways, polls, community shoutouts

Required Skills

· Should have sold software products using paid marketing/traffic and using the social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, Business Directories etc)

· Strong copywriting and written English

· Content creation using Canva/Figma or similar

· Social media management experience (LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter)

· Familiarity with ad platforms like Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads

· Comfortable with community engagement, group posting, and discussion participation

· Experience using scheduling and tracking tools (Metricool, Publer, Notion, Google Docs)

· Background in SaaS, dev tools, or technical/startup products preferred

· Highly self-managed, creative, and focused on results

Compensation

This is a part-time remote role based in Pakistan.

Salary Range:

· Hours Daily - 4

· Experience – 5+ Years

Bonuses may apply based on conversion, lead growth, or campaign performance.

Screening Questions

· Can you share a post or campaign you created that got strong engagement?

· How would you grow followers for a developer tool on LinkedIn or Reddit?

· Draft 2 post titles for a carousel about EasyLaunchPad.

· Which groups or platforms would you engage in first and why?

· How do you track what's working and what's not?

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs2, Rs3,000.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
