Job Title: Full-Time Sales Representative – Digitizing and Vector art at The Design Pals, our parent company.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan –
On-site-Physical Role

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

2:30 PM – 8 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibility

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based clients, including apparel companies, embroidery shops, and promotional product businesses.
  • Introduce and present
    Design Pals
    services, including vector art, digitizing, patches, and custom logo design.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their design needs, volume, turnaround expectations, and budget.
  • Build rapport and handle objections with confidence to generate interest and trust in our services.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our design solutions and how they meet client needs.
  • Schedule follow-ups with interested clients to close deals or finalize design requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Follow sales scripts while keeping conversations natural, professional, and engaging.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling (Fresh and Experienced preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, clear voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust over the phone.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and qualify leads effectively.
