Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and supporting both onboarding and offboarding processes. You will play a critical role in enhancing our employer brand and driving strategic initiatives related to talent attraction and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, university outreach, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment databases and HR records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Plan, organize, and represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and employer branding events to attract high-potential talent.
  • Design, implement, and oversee internship, management trainee, and scholarship programs, ensuring a seamless experience from planning to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, Industry Leaders and students to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate external training sessions, including logistics, trainer liaison, material preparation, and post-training feedback collection.
  • Support employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, handling documentation, coordinating farewell arrangements, and managing separation acknowledgments or gifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a focus on recruitment, employer branding, university outreach and training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with hands-on experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience managing internship, trainee, or scholarship programs is highly desirable.
