𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: 14 September, 2025

Radisson Blu Islamabad is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Planning Engineer with a solid background in high-rise building construction, ideally within the hospitality sector. If you are a proactive professional with more than 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, this is your opportunity to work on landmark developments with a dynamic and growing team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:


• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.


• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans in coordination with project teams.


• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays or risks.


• Analyze and report on schedule performance and progress, including preparation of S-curves and histograms.


• Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to gather schedule-related input.


• Provide timely reports and updates to the Project Manager and senior management.


• Prepare delay analysis and assist in extension of time (EOT) claims.


• Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, and contractors to align project timelines.


• Maintain and monitor project dashboards, ensuring accurate data input and analysis.


• Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and highlight key planning issues.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:


• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant planning experience in high-rise building projects; hospitality experience is highly preferred.


• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.


• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path methodology.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.


• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.


• Familiarity with project management standards and best practices.
