We are looking for a qualified
Senior Drilling Engineer
to join our Drilling team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in planning and executing drilling and workover operations, preferably in deep and complex wells within the North Potohar region.

The Senior Drilling Engineer will assist the Drilling Superintendent in planning, coordination, and supervision of drilling activities. The role includes preparing well programs, monitoring daily operations, ensuring HSE compliance, and optimizing drilling performance within approved budgets and timelines

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of drilling and workover operations.
  • Monitor drilling performance and recommend technical improvements.
  • Prepare and review well designs, drilling programs, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures at rig sites.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance for materials, services, and cost control.
  • Support field teams with technical guidance and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
  • IWCF certified.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in drilling operations (office and field).
  • Proficient in MS Office and well engineering design software.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
