About the Role

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
to support
financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
for a U.S.-based client. This night-shift role requires advanced
Excel and financial modeling skills
, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to translate data into actionable business insights.

You will collaborate closely with client teams during
night hours aligned with Central Time Zone (CST)
, ensuring seamless financial operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze
    monthly financial statements
    (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Support
    annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
    , including variance analysis.
  • Conduct
    SG&A and cost analysis
    , project/department profitability reports.
  • Develop and maintain
    Excel-based models, dashboards, and templates
    .
  • Assist in preparing
    management presentations
    and review decks.
  • Collaborate with
    accounting, operations, and business teams
    to provide actionable insights.
  • Support
    month-end close
    and reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting;
    CA-Intermediate or ACCA-finalist
    required.
  • 4–6 years' experience in
    FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting
    .
  • Advanced
    Excel
    skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards), Power Query basics.
  • Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and accounting principles (accrual/cash).
  • Strong
    English communication
    , analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
