About the Role:

As a Content Creator at Tecaudex, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing and creative teams in developing engaging content for our digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital storytelling while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and planning engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Support the team in developing creative ideas for posts, reels, and campaigns aligned with Tecaudex's brand voice.
  • Contribute to content creation: from making short videos/reels to scheduling posts, responding to comments, and gathering audience feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain consistency across all digital channels.
  • Help monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage with online audiences and contribute to building a strong brand community.
  • Contribute ideas for content calendars and campaign brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semester) in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–3 months of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (academic or freelance experience counts).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing apps.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
  • Keen eye for design, detail, and social media aesthetics.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
