Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Assistant role located in Faisalabad. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The role also involves monitoring patient health, recording observations, and effectively communicating any concerns to healthcare professionals. Teamwork and empathy are essential, as the Nursing Assistant will work closely with both patients and medical staff to ensure optimal care and comfort.

Qualifications

• Patient Care Skills: Assisting with daily hygiene, mobility, feeding, and overall comfort.
• Monitoring and Recording: Observing and documenting patient health, vital signs, and reporting changes to medical staff.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Health and Safety: Knowledge of infection control, safe handling techniques, and maintaining a clean medical environment.
• Additional Qualifications: Certification as a Nursing Assistant is preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare setting and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment are advantageous.
