Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Female HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations during the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and the implementation of HR policies, ensuring efficient and compliant HR practices across the organization.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to PKR 90,000/month + Fuel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally while promoting a healthy workplace culture.
  • Assist senior management in workforce planning and execution of HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR management or similar HR leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage HR operations effectively during night hours.
  • Female candidates only (position requires working during night shift hours).
