Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations during the night shift. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in HR management, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policy development. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work independently during night shifts, with minimal supervision.

  • Female candidates only.
