  • Conduct audits of financial systems, records, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Review and reconcile banking transactions, general ledger entries, and trial balances.

  • Audit purchases, receivables, payables, and other financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.

  • Verify ERP entries, vouchers, and supporting documents for correctness and compliance.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.

  • Monitor segregation of duties, approvals, and compliance with internal financial policies.

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Implement check-and-balance mechanisms to minimize errors or potential fraud.

  • Audit stock, inventory records, and warehouse documentation to ensure physical counts match system records.

  • Verify stock movements including purchases, sales, returns, and adjustments.

  • Review credit/debit notes, memos, and other financial documents for authenticity.

  • Examine marketing and operational expenses and reconcile with accounting records.

  • Provide recommendations to improve ERP workflows and financial documentation.

  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to implement process improvements.
