Position Overview:

365 News Media Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly within the media sectors, and will be responsible for driving financial performance and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business goals.

Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.

Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education: CA/ACMA/ACCA qualified.

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the media industries.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.

Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
