We're Hiring: Front Sales Closer – Design

Location:
North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift Timing:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: Market Competitive + Other Perks and benefits (depending upon the profile).

Target:
$5,000 to $15,000

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Experts Communication is seeking a skilled and motivated
Front Sales Closer
with experience in selling design services. If you have a solid track record of closing deals, handling negotiations, and converting leads into long-term clients, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for design services
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings
  • Close deals by effectively presenting service value propositions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or a similar field
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Proven success in high-value sales transactions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
