About the Role:

We're looking for a
creative, data-driven, and sales-focused Social Media Specialist
to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and run campaigns that convert followers into customers. The ideal candidate is someone who understands
social media strategy, brand storytelling, and digital sales funnels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    social media strategies
    aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish
    engaging content
    (graphics, videos, captions) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Run
    paid advertising campaigns
    (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) targeting lead generation and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze
    social media performance metrics
    to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build strong online communities.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure
    consistent brand voice
    .
  • Stay updated with
    trends, algorithms, and social media tools
    to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of
    hands-on experience
    managing social media accounts for brands.
  • Proven track record of
    driving sales or generating leads
    through social media.
  • Strong skills in
    content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
    .
  • Experience with
    Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools
    .
  • Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
