Requirements:

Qualification: CA Qualified 

Experience: With at least 7 years of experience in international taxation, tax compliance, and statutory reporting at a Big 4 accounting firm.

Responsibilities:
Group Taxation and Transfer Pricing
  1. Preparation and filing of corporate tax returns (multiple jurisdictions involved).
  2. Compliance with local and international tax regulations (multiple jurisdictions involved).
  3. Advise on tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions.
  4. Handle tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
  5. Compliance with OECD Base Erosions and Profit-Sharing framework.
Statutory Financial Reporting
  • Preparation of Unconsolidated and Consolidated Statutory Financial Statements of entities.
  • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate statutory audits and address audit queries.
Corporate Compliance
  • Preparation and filing of annual returns for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop and implement internal policies to ensure compliance with international regulations (multiple jurisdictions involved).
  • Provide guidance to management on compliance-related issues and regulatory changes.
