We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support the Head of Finance in a dynamic, ERP-driven environment. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring corporate compliance (including SECP filings and board meeting documentation), managing treasury functions, handling regulatory registrations and renewals, and processing payments in line with internal policies. The incumbent will also review contracts and pricing strategies, assist in audit planning, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

What We're Looking For:

The incumbent will report and assist Head of Finance in the following:

  • Systematically and accurately recording all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, and payments, income and financial charges in an ERP environment.
  • Corporate compliance including SECP filing, preparing audit Committee & BOD meeting agenda, minutes and follow up.
  • Managing treasury function, dealing with banks and insurance companies.
  • Registration with various regulatory and corporate bodies and their renewals.
  • Payment processing includes travel authorizations, DA claims and complying with the procurement and travel guidelines.
  • Reviewing contracts, partnership agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Analyze costs, pricing of company products and assist projects and sales teams in pricing strategy.
  • Planning for audits and liaising with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit.
  • Correspond with various other departments on financial matters

Basic Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Part qualified in ACCA, CA, ICMA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a reputed organization, ideally within the technology/software sector.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, and local tax laws is essential.
  • Capability to work in an ERP environment.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent drafting and report writing skills.
