Job Overview
:

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow our profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bidding, converting leads, and building long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the creative and project management teams to align client needs with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.

Write compelling proposals and custom bids to secure projects.

Identify potential projects that align with company services (Animation, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, etc.).

Communicate with clients to understand project scope, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Monitor platform analytics, conversion rates, and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Meet monthly revenue and project targets set by the management

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience with Upwork and Fiverr (portfolio or client track record required).

Excellent English communication and writing skills.
