About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Officer with 1–3 years of experience in the Gas Sector and Turbine Motors industry . This role is office based , with exposure to global clients and markets, making it a perfect opportunity for candidates, eager to grow in an international business environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding market presence, building client networks, and supporting strategic partnerships in the energy and turbine sector.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify global business opportunities within the gas and turbine motors industry.

Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships (international).

Assist in preparing business proposals, tenders, and presentations for international and local clients.

Develop strategies to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.

Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Achieve business development targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development (preferably in gas, energy, or turbine sector) .

Strong understanding of industrial machinery, turbines, and energy solutions.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written); international exposure will be a plus.

Ability to work in a office-based in Lahore with global client interactions.

Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
