Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Private Label Associate to manage and scale Amazon PL operations. This role requires strong analytical, research, and operational capabilities, along with a deep understanding of Amazon tools and strategies to drive product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Optimization: Write and enhance product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords) to maximize visibility and conversions
Product Understanding: Analyze product features, USPs, and differentiation points for effective positioning
Review Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer reviews to improve listings and product performance
Market Research: Perform competitor and market analysis using tools like Helium 10, Keepa, and SQP
Listing Ranking Strategies: Implement proven techniques to improve organic rank and keyword placement
SQP (Search Query Performance) & Brand Analytics: Use Amazon data to track brand visibility, keyword performance, and conversion trends
POE (Product Opportunity Explorer): Identify gaps and product opportunities for future launches
Brand Tailored Promotions: Execute customized promotional strategies to drive sales and traffic
Account Handling: Manage day-to-day tasks on Amazon Seller Central including order, inventory, and performance monitoring
Case Handling: Resolve Amazon cases related to listing issues, stranded inventory, reviews, or policy violations
Flat File Uploads: Use and manage flat files for bulk listing creation, updates, and variation fixes
Requiremenst:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in Amazon Private Label operations
Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, SQP, and POE
Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Keepa, and Flat Files
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Problem-solving ability, especially with case handling and account issues
Good communication and coordination skills
