Job Title: Amazon Wholesale Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a
highly experienced and performance-oriented Senior Amazon Private Label Manager
to lead our Private Label portfolio.

The selected candidate will be responsible for
strategizing, executing, and optimizing
Private Label operations, ensuring consistent revenue growth, brand positioning, and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Amazon specialists and VAs.
  • Oversee full Private Label operations (product research, sourcing, listing optimization, inventory).
  • Conduct detailed
    market and competitor analysis
    to identify new product opportunities.
  • Optimize listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, images) to boost visibility and conversion.
  • Manage and monitor
    PPC campaigns
    to ensure high ROI.
  • Track and improve KPIs (sales, conversion rates, reviews, BSR).
  • Ensure compliance with
    Amazon policies
    and resolve listing/account issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, logistics, and finance—for smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    4 years of hands-on experience
    managing
    Amazon Private Label (PL)
    brands.
  • Strong command of
    Amazon Seller Central
    and
    FBA operations
    .
  • Proven success in
    product research, launch strategies, PPC optimization, and brand scaling
    .
  • Proficiency with key tools such as
    Helium 10
    ,
    Jungle Scout
    , and
    ZonGuru
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of Amazon specialists and virtual assistants.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related field
    (preferred).
  • Ability to work the
    US shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
    , Monday to Friday.
