Key Responsibilities:
Lead deployment and integration of fintech solutions payment systems, digital wallets, banking platforms tailored to client needs.
Configure, test, and validate software/hardware components, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and post-deployment support.
Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing troubleshooting, training, and best-practice guidance.
Collaborate with product, sales, and compliance teams to align solutions with client and regulatory requirements.
Conduct system integration testing SIT, user acceptance testing UAT, and performance checks to ensure scalability and reliability.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, progress reports, and risk assessments; ensure smooth handover to support teams.
Stay updated with fintech innovations, recommending process improvements and contributing to faster, simplified deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in fintech solution implementation, integration, or similar technical roles.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, digital banking, mobile wallets, and related technologies.
Knowledge of compliance standards PCI-DSS, AML/KYC, GDPR and financial regulations.
Proficiency in APIs, system integration, and cloud technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
Flexibility to work at client sites for implementation, training, and support.
