Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Animator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply familiar with current video and motion design trends, and can bring brand stories to life through engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing & Storytelling

    • Edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), and internal communications.

    • Enhance footage using color grading, sound design, effects, and transitions to maintain brand identity.

  • Motion Design & Animation

    • Create modern 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, explainer videos, UI mockups, and branded visual elements.

    • Design eye-catching intros, lower thirds, overlays, and animated assets that boost engagement.

  • Creative Collaboration

    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to translate concepts into compelling videos.

    • Brainstorm visual storytelling ideas and contribute creatively to campaign ideation.

  • Platform Optimization

    • Format and optimize videos for diverse platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

    • Stay updated on platform-specific best practices and visual trends.

  • Project & File Management

    • Maintain organized media libraries, project files, and backups.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Film, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of experience in video editing and animation, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D (a plus).

  • Strong understanding of visual composition, storytelling, color theory, and typography.

  • A portfolio demonstrating creative range, editing finesse, and animation capabilities.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
