We are seeking a proactive
Marketing Assistant
to support offline marketing activities, proposals, presentations, documentation, and event coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize
    marketing proposals, quotations, and presentations
    .
  • Coordinate and ensure availability of
    marketing materials
    (brochures, flyers, standees, merchandise, etc.).
  • Manage
    invoices, documentation, and vendor/partner follow-ups
    .
  • Support
    events, seminars, and medical camp activities
    , including logistics and material readiness.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Assist in preparing
    reports, summaries, and updates
    for management.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of marketing-related files and payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination or administration.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
