Senior Manager – Product & Content
to join our growing team and lead the development of innovative products in collaboration with major MNOs.

Location:
 I-10, Islamabad


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with MNOs for product integration and distribution
  • Define and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market demands
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-impact features
  • Optimize user journeys, app promotion, and growth to increase engagement and retention
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive go-to-market execution
  • Continuously monitor KPIs and recommend improvements based on performance data
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that support product positioning and business goals
  • Lead business development initiatives and strategic partnerships
  • Lead and mentor high-performing product and content teams
  • Drive results through effective stakeholder management and communication
  • Integrate AI tools and automation into content production and product workflows to improve efficiency and scale


Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of experience in
    digital product & content management
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and content campaigns and Hands-on experience with
    MNO partnerships
  • Proven success in improving product metrics (downloads, engagement, revenue)
  • Strong command of UX principles, product lifecycle, and content ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple products and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for building user-first digital experiences
  • Hands-on experience with
    AI tools beyond ChatGPT
    and demonstrated leadership in integrating AI into product/content workflows
  • Proven track record of leading teams or projects that successfully used AI to drive innovation in product or content delivery
