Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate is a master of both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of building and scaling sophisticated web applications. You will be responsible for leading development projects, architecting robust solutions, and mentoring team members. Your deep understanding of application data flow and ability to identify architectural flaws will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using the MERN stack and modern technologies.

  • Back-End Architecture: Architect and implement secure and efficient back-end services using , , MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and Supabase.

  • Front-End Excellence: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with , , Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.

  • System Analysis: Analyze and optimize application data flow, identify potential bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex system-level issues to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Back-End Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of , , and extensive experience with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases. Familiarity with BaaS platforms like Firebase or Supabase is a strong plus.

Front-End Proficiency: Mastery of , , modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS), and component libraries.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex application architecture, diagnose data flow issues, and implement effective solutions.

Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading projects and mentoring other developers.

Tools: Proficient with Git version control, RESTful APIs, and working within an Agile development environment.
