Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
System & Network Administrator
to join our
IT/Network Infrastructure
. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our network infrastructure and systems, ensuring high availability and performance across the organization. The System Network Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior administrators, and implement strategies to support the company's technology needs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative thinker, with a passion for working in a dynamic and diverse technology environment.

Key-Responsibilities:

• Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
• Install and support LANs, WANs, Network segments, Internet, and Intranet systems.
• Ability to configure and solve all levels of network & security problems in real time, including communication/network troubleshooting, PC and network configuration, VPN, URL filtering, operating systems, and browser-related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fiber Optic and Point-to-Point Wireless Links (P2P).
• Manage Network tasks including deployment/switching and Routers.
• Established Network Infrastructure including Network Layer, Access Layer, VTP, VVTP, SVTP Domain. etc.
• Can be able to deal with and resolve call issues like voice management.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Should be able to install, configure & troubleshoot.
• Ensure All the devices are on UPS and the backup time of UPS is sufficient.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Monitor IT Hardware performance.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Lead network infrastructure projects and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Must be able to deal with more than 300 systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Masters would be considered a plus)
• Preferred Certifications
  :
  Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

• Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in system and network administration.
• Experience managing or leading IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience in securing network systems, managing firewalls, and setting up encryption and VPN services.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, etc.).
• Proficiency in network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and monitoring tools.
• Should have an understanding of the Windows Servers, Active Directory, group policy, DHCP, and DNS.
• Should be able to install Windows and Software etc.
• Should have experience with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and ESXi.
• Should be able to install Local and Network printers.
• Should know IP Addressing and Subnetting
