Job Purpose
To conduct servicing and preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery as per established Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that all equipment and apparatus are always operational to support the delivery of maintenance operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) framework, ensuring all preventative actions are carried out promptly, aligned with NFL guidelines, customer stipulations, and industrial benchmarks
• Oversee the calibration, administration, configuration, and maintenance of designated equipment/machinery, following SOPs. Ensure equipment/machinery are set, calibrated, and adjusted to meet production specifications
• Inspect and assess the effectiveness and quality of mechanical systems and components through operational tests, observing functionality, detecting any irregularities, and promptly reporting these to the Supervisor Maintenance
• Resolve daily technical issues on production lines, ensuring compliance with production procedures and process specifications, including planned, breakdown/corrective, and shutdown maintenance, to minimize downtime in business operations
• Perform mechanical fabrication, repairs, and modifications as required, utilizing well-maintained tools and equipment
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, installation, and repair activities, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference
• Identify opportunities to optimize systems, suggesting enhancements or updates to existing control arrangements when necessary
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, standards, and regulations, notifying the Supervisor Maintenance of potential health hazards and risks in mechanical systems/equipment
• Keep abreast on the latest developments in maintenance to ensure NFL adopts best practices consistently

Background Requirements
Education: Degree in Engineering.

Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.
