We're Hiring Multi-Platform Social Designers Who Understand Engagement, Not Just Aesthetics

Master Terry Academy is building a media machine — and we're not looking for average designers. We're looking for creatives who understand the algorithms, engagement psychology, and how to make content that moves people to follow, comment, share, and take action.

This is NOT just a graphic design job. This is a content warfare position — and each post is a bullet.

Your Role (Multiple Positions Available):

  • Design daily carousel posts and story content for Instagram, with a deep understanding of swipe behavior and CTA formatting.
  • Design and pin strategic graphics and quotes for Pinterest, optimizing for link clicks and saves.
  • Collaborate with editors to develop visually engaging educational and emotional storytelling reels.
  • Work with the creative director to repurpose core content across platforms without redundancy.
  • Track analytics and adapt style to hit engagement KPIs.

Ideal Applicants:

  • You live and breathe TikTok trends, IG Reels, Pinterest pins, and algorithmic strategy.
  • You know what works visually on each platform — because you study the game.
  • You're not afraid to remix content across formats — static, video, meme-style, or carousel.
  • You've worked with brands or influencers before and understand how to drive traffic with design.
  • You know how to make a message hit, not just look pretty.

Video Editor Add-On (for TikTok, Reels, Rumble):

  • You must know vertical video formatting, captions, hook optimization, and storytelling rhythm.
  • We will supply raw footage and core audio; you structure it with style and punch.
