Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.
Oversee marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities (online & offline).
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to top management.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in aluminium, glass, or construction industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
