Pre-Sales Engineer
to support our sales team and contribute to our technical and commercial growth.
Job Description
The
Pre-Sales Engineer
will be responsible for providing technical expertise, solution design, and proposal development for multiple product brands across ELV, power, and data center domains. The ideal candidate must have hands-on pre-sales experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing technical solutions, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Design system architectures for any of one or multiple domain as followings:
- Electrical Low Current Systems
- Lighting Control Systems
- DC/AC Power Systems
- UPS Solutions
- Data Center Infrastructure
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with multiple brands and manufacturers to select optimal products and technologies.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical assessments when required.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of solution designs.
- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Stay updated with new technologies and attend vendor training sessions.
- Assist in RFP/RFQ responses, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation.
- Support sales in achieving overall business targets through accurate solutions and timely submissions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of pre-sales experience
in ELV systems, lighting control, power solutions, and/or data center infrastructure. - Experience working with
multiple brands
and vendor ecosystems. - Strong ability to understand, learn, and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
(preferred). - Good technical understanding of the Saudi Arabia market and its standards.
- Proven support in successful sales closures or solution delivery in KSA.
- Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama (if applicable).
