Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept
GRC Technical Specialist
to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
frameworks, policies, processes, and tools, along with strong system, functional, and technical acumen. This role is crucial in
supporting technical presales efforts
, guiding solution architecture, and enabling the
development and deployment
of GRC platforms tailored to client needs.

Key Deliverables

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client GRC requirements.
  • Support presales initiatives through solution demos, PoCs, and technical presentations.
  • Customize, configure, and integrate GRC platforms (e.g., SAP GRC, RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC).
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and document technical specifications, architecture, and system design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, sales) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Maintain strong awareness of evolving GRC standards, compliance regulations, and technologies.

Process Expertise

Governance, Risk, and Compliance Frameworks

In-depth understanding of enterprise GRC methodologies such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX, enabling robust risk management and compliance implementations.

Risk and Control Processes

Expert in control design, risk assessments, and audit procedures with practical implementation experience aligning IT and business compliance objectives.

Functional Expertise

Policy & Workflow Management

Hands-on experience with configuring GRC tools to manage policies, compliance workflows, risk assessments, and user access reviews.

Client-Facing Solutioning & Advisory

Acts as a bridge between business and IT, translating client requirements into scalable GRC solutions while leading workshops, demos, and stakeholder engagements.

Technical Expertise

GRC Tools and Platforms

Proficient in SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management), ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or other leading GRC platforms including integrations and customizations.

Presales & Architecture

Ability to craft end-to-end technical solution designs and participate in presales efforts including RFP responses, technical PoCs, and architecture walkthroughs.

Development & Configuration

Skilled in scripting, platform configuration, data modeling, API integration, and development of dashboards and reporting within GRC systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in GRC technical roles.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or SAP GRC Certified are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
