Job Summary

The Retail E-Commerce & Brand Activation Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless

online order fulfillment, optimizing in-store merchandising, and executing brand activation

strategies to enhance customer engagement. This role bridges digital operations with physical

retail execution, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Online Order Dispatch

  • Manage end-to-end online order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any shipment issues.
  • Coordinate with various departments and warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of dispatched orders and generate periodic reports.

Merchandising

  • Implement visual merchandising standards across retail outlets to maximize product visibility.
  • Ensure planogram compliance and product visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align merchandising with promotional campaigns.

Brand Activation

  • Plan and execute in-store brand activation events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the brand ambassador team for successful executions of fragrance testing activities in retail outlets.
  • Responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos using both mobile devices and professional cameras during events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, e-commerce, or brand marketing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in brand activations and managing warehouse operations efficiently for online orders dispatch.
