Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an iCabbi Taxi Operator located in Rawalpindi. The iCabbi Taxi Operator will be responsible for managing booking and dispatch services using iCabbi software.

Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with taxi drivers, ensuring timely dispatch of taxis, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience with dispatch software such as iCabbi, or Autocab.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry to manage taxi dispatch services efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
