The Role:

As an HRBP, you will be responsible for directly working with teams and managing a workforce of 20-25 employees at a time. You will align business objectives with employees and management in designated departments/teams.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed, and developed within the organization using IDR's systems and processes, including succession planning, in collaboration with line managers.
  • Ensure compensation packages are designed to develop and retain the key talent required for business performance and growth.
  • Participate in unit/functional budget planning discussions.
  • Assist the Director HR in translating business unit plans into HR strategic and operational plans for their business unit; monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations.
  • Assist the Director HR in providing strategic and tactical workforce planning in accordance with the company's business plan.
  • Support the Team Leads to manage their teams effectively and their performance using IDR's tools and processes to achieve the unit's objectives, and productivity stays high.
  • Identify learning gaps and development needs and act as a channel to communicate learning needs to appropriate units.
  • Ensure IDR policies are adopted and followed and advise line managers on people management issues such as compliance and performance investigations.
  • Coordinate execution and adherence to IDR HR practices, and policies, and be the department expert on all people-related practices and policies.
  • Establish strong relationships with all internal/external stakeholders as active team member.
  • Ensure that everyone understands their roles and takes ownership of their line and HR responsibilities.
  • Comply with the principles and policies in the information security policies where relevant to the job.

Qualification

At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a specialization in Human Resources
