Job Title: International Sales Executive (IT Products) – Root Communication Ltd.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)
Root Communication Ltd. is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to join our growing team If you are passionate about client communication, eager to build international relationships, and ready to grow your career in a supportive environment — this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client queries from international clients via telephone and email.
- Provide clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communication, Business, or related field).
- A-Levels preferred.
- Fluent in English (both spoken & written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of client service experience are encouraged to apply.
