Personal Assistant to Director

SS Scientific System — Full-time | On-site | Karachi, Pakistan

About the Role

SS Scientific System is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to senior management.

· Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.

· Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documentation.

· Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

· Act as a liaison between management, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure records are updated and easily accessible.

· Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and expense documentation.

· Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· 2–4 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity.

· Excellent command of English and Urdu (both written and verbal).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

· Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

· Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Additional Information

· Gender: Open to all qualified candidates.

· Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-site experience (required).

· Compensation: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

· Work Location: On-site, Karachi, Pakistan.
