  • Pharm-D

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of working experience in Oncology Pharmacy with expertise in Sterile and Non-Sterile Compounding areas

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and prompt dispensing of prescribed medication to patients
  • Review labels for accuracy prior to dispensing for right patient, right quantity, right drug
  • Ensure Medications are stored properly to maintain safety and effectiveness
  • Maintaining adequate inventory stocks and suggest changes in the par level
  • Accurate and timely completion of expiry drug list
  • Maintain prescription records of patients
  • Implement and comply with department policies and procedures
