We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Agents (freshers & experienced) to join our growing team. The role requires handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent service. Training will be provided to freshers, while experienced candidates are expected to bring proven expertise in customer handling and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, or policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
  • Meet performance targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures provided by the company.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance.

Requirements:For Freshers:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate / High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Good communication skills (English/Urdu or as per requirement).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Call Center / Customer Support role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center practices.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues effectively.

  • Active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
