Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Person, located in Lahore. The Proposal Person will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing proposal management processes, coordinating with project management teams, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
  • Knowledge of RFP processes and documentation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Project Management abilities
  • Know Microsoft Office well
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 month Trial Period Salary around 45k (after that it would be increase)
