Client Company Introduction:

A leading import and export company is hiring a Sales Support and Operations executive for its Karachi office.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support and Operations Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up with clients.

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support management decisions.

  • Ensure all sales documentation (invoices, shipping documents, etc.) is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.

  • Help improve internal sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.

  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with product or service presentations if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced situations.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, or logistics environments.

  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and supply chain coordination.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position; office-based with occasional client or vendor interaction.
- May require extended hours during peak seasons or project deadlines.

Employment Type: (3 months probation period ) Permanent
Work Timings and Days: Monday to Saturday ( 10:00 am to 6:00 pm )
