Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
Dynamics 365 / CRM Senior Consultant / Lead
responsible for managing and implementing CRM projects and modules with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with customer requirements, organizational standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve CRM-related challenges promptly.
  • Assist the Project/Development Manager in defining project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed
    technical and functional designs
    .
  • Develop and implement modules, customizations, and integrations according to approved specifications.
  • Prepare detailed task timelines in alignment with overall project schedules.
  • Ensure quality standards, coding practices, and documentation are consistently maintained.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Strong
    hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
    , XRM Framework, entity and security models, Web Services, and Web API.
  • Proficiency in
    .NET Framework
    and
    C# development
    , including CRM API, REST/OData, and SOAP endpoints.
  • Deep understanding of
    Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customizations, and CRM Administration
    .
  • Experience with
    Power Automate
    ,
    Power Apps
    , and
    MS CRM SDK
    .
  • Proficient in
    JavaScript, MS SQL Server, C#.NET
    , and
    MSD Developer Toolkit
    .
  • Experience in developing
    custom integrations using Middleware Tools, REST/OData Web APIs, or SSIS packages
    .
  • Prior experience in the
    financial sector
    will be considered a strong plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Computer Science or a related field (4 years).
  • 5+ years
    of professional experience, including
    3–4 end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementations
    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
