Now, we're hiring a Growth Data Scientist, someone who bridges marketing, analytics, and

product. You'll be building and experimenting your way to growth, not sitting around waiting for

direction.

What You'll Do

● Build and analyze funnels across the website, onboarding, and in-app journeys, not

just measure them, but actually create them.

● Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments to validate what drives activation

and retention.

● Spin up and test landing pages using no-code or light-code tools (Webflow, Framer, or

custom HTML/CSS).

● Set up and optimize email marketing and onboarding flows using Brevo,

, or custom automations.

● Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards (SQL, Python, GA4, Segment,

Mixpanel, or similar).

● Automate growth workflows using APIs, Python, or no-code tools (n8n, Zapier).

● Run funnel and attribution analyses to identify where we should focus time, budget,

and effort.

● Collaborate directly with founders, marketing, and design to turn insights into real

experiments and product changes.

● Leverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation, personalization, and analytics.

● Apply data science as a lens, not a thesis, you'll use numbers to find signal during

product–market fit discovery, not to publish statistical papers.

What You Should Have

● 1–3 years in data science, growth, or technical marketing, or a hungry fresh grad

ready to learn fast.

● Experience with web analytics and event tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Mixpanel,

Segment, Amplitude).

● Strong grip on analytical concepts, SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib), and

experiment design.

● Comfortable with no-code builders and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Webflow).

● Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user funnel mechanics.

● Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or AI automation.
