Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our TAC department as an intern and provide proactive technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be proactive.
Excellent English communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer services in real-time and report to Tier-1 in case of any issues
  • Basic devices provisioning/testing for customer projects
  • Extract reports from CRM / ERP on a daily basis and submit them to the Team lead
  • Manage and maintain internal office inventory of equipment assigned to resources, i.e., laptops, iMac, mouse, keyboards, etc.
  • Dealing with basic queries reported to Help Desk

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, IP Subnetting, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
