Position Overview: The Production In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring compliance with cGMP, DRAP, and company standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and DRAP guidelines.
- Monitor production schedules, output, and efficiency targets.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure batch records are completed timely.
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
